President: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.

Vice President of Communications: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Responsible for planning meetings, recruiting new members, admission of new members, organizing Induction of new members and overseeing approval of yearly budget.
- Works with professors and faculty of the Department of Psychology to sponsor events.
- Oversees 7 board members and delegates tasks to accomplish work efficiently.
- Maintains constant communication with board members to answer questions and monitor progress of board members on specific tasks.
- Attends all Psi Chi meetings, holds board member meetings and meets regularly with Psi Chi Advisor.
Vice President: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Supports the president to help plan meetings and events with professors and faculty from the Department of Psychology.
- Responsible for assisting in the review and admission of new members every semester.
- Ensures that board members are completing tasks and assists when necessary
- Required to attend all Psi Chi meetings and planning meetings with the President
Vice President of Career Development: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Responsible for communicating with graduate students, professors, faculty, career center and Psychology alumni to coordinate informational meetings
- Responsible for planning 1-2 meetings that educate members on graduate school, psychology related careers, research assistant positions, job and interview skills, resume/CV/personal statement/cover letter skills and everything in between.
Vice President of Marketing: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Responsible for the designs of flyers for chapter events, informational flyers that advertise for the chapter and any addition materials that may be needed for the semester.
- Developing campaign strategy for the First Look Fair during the Fall semester including maintaining the sign-up sheet, designing a poster board, and collecting contact information from non-members who are interested in our organization.
- Maintain bulletin board in front of BPS1250 by updating it with Executive Board member biographies, information about upcoming meetings and information regarding applying for membership.
- Creativity and photoshop/graphic design experience (or willingness to learn) preferred, but not necessary.
- Responsible for keeping attendance at all Psi Chi meetings, sponsored events and service events and keeping track of points for members who wish to maintain active membership status.
- Take photos at all events and meetings for the Psi Chi website.
- Maintain consistent attendance at all Psi chi meetings and sponsored events.
- Assist other board members with various organizational tasks.
- Responsible for updating the website with the following information:
- Upcoming meeting locations and times;
- E-board biographical and contact information;
- Application directions, due dates and documents;
- Photos from meetings, sponsored events and Inductions;
- Available E-board positions for the upcoming school year.
- Familiarity with Weebly and ability to make well thought-out design changes to website.
Vice President of Finance: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Works with President to create the Psi Chi budget and responsible for getting it approved with faculty advisor every semester.
- Handles any transactions made with the Psi Chi bank account, such as buying food, supplies and graduation cords.
- Responsible for managing account and reimbursing any e-board member who made purchases on behalf of Psi Chi.
- Collects membership dues, manages the payment status of prospective members, processes new members on national website, and sends money to national office to ensure all Induction materials are received.
Vice President of Community Service: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Responsible for planning one service event every semester in order to promote member participation in the chapter and community outreach.
- Works with board members to advertise and execute service event
- Promote a welcoming, grateful environment at service event.
Vice President of Communications: This position is already filled. Open for 2024-2025.
- Responsible for using Google Group, Facebook, the PSYC E-blog and email listserv to communicate Psi Chi events and meetings with members and non-members throughout the semester.
- Advertise Psi Chi application process and assist with processing new members into the organization.
- Check Psi Chi email once a day and answer any questions submitted by members and non-members.
- Take photos at all events and meetings for the Psi Chi website.
